A TRIO appeared in court in connection with the death of a Suffolk jeweller.
The body of Peter Avis, 66, was found in a flat above his jewellery store in Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, on January 13.
Before Ipswich Crown Court today was Pawel Pacian, Pawel Borowiecki and Ireneusz Melanuik.
Pacian, 25, of Lake Avenue, Bury St Edmunds, denied a charge of conspiracy to burgle a property in Abbeygate Street. But neither Borowiecki, 32, from London, charged with burglary and Melanuik, 28, of no fixed abode, charged with murder, did not enter a plea.
