Vandals have caused £10,000 of damage after attacking cars in Bury St Edmunds - including throwing a corrosive substance over them.
Four of the incidents took place overnight between Saturday and Sunday - three in Northgate Street and another in Cannon Street.
As well as a corrosive substance being thrown over them, the cars also had their tyres punctured and paintwork scratched.
A Mercedes SLK 230, Ford Focus and Alfa Romeo Brera were targeted in Northgate Street, while Volkswagen Passat was attacked in Cannon Street.
Police are linking these incidents to one which happened over the weekend on the Angel Hill, where a Nissan Navara pick-up had its paintwork scratched.
The cumulative cost of the damage is around £10,000.
