PAUL Wright has joined Pearcy Blackman Chartered Surveyors, covering work from all three of the firm's offices in Ipswich, Colchester and Clacton.The chartered surveyor, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in land management from Reading University, previously worked for the Valuation Office, where he carried out rating and taxation valuations and work for local authorities and health trusts.

He joins partners Pat Blackman and Roger Hobday in undertaking residential and commercial valuations and surveys.
