WEST Suffolk-based registered social landlord Havebury Housing Partnership has appointed Roger Maddams as its new resources director.Mr Maddams has extensive experience of the housing sector and joins from Oxfordshire-based Charter Community Housing, where he was resources director.
WEST Suffolk-based registered social landlord Havebury Housing Partnership has appointed Roger Maddams as its new resources director.
Mr Maddams has extensive experience of the housing sector and joins from Oxfordshire-based Charter Community Housing, where he was resources director.
A graduate of Leicester University, he trained as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Maidstone, Kent, before working in senior financial positions in the commercial sectors of oil exploration, library services and professional football. He has also worked for Moat Housing Group and Amicus Horizon in the housing sector.
“I am looking forward to cracking on with the challenges ahead,” he said.
Mr Maddams, 46, is married with two sons aged 17 and 20. He will be celebrating his next birthday in November by running the New York Marathon in aid of Asthma UK.
