Businessman Matt Moss has been elected to the board of Suffolk Chamber of Commerce for a term of three years.

Prior to this he has been the chair of Suffolk Chamber in Bury St. Edmunds having been involved in a range of pro-business lobbying and initiatives, including the No More A14 Delays in Suffolk campaign.

Mr Moss is the finance director of Poundfield Products and Sigma PPG, part of SigmaROC PLC, an AIM-listed company.

Mr Moss said: “I’ve been a longstanding supporter of Suffolk Chamber and know how much it helps and represents businesses of all sizes and sectors. I’m delighted to be able to continue supporting the organisation by being a board members. It’s a great honour for me.”

John Dugmore, Suffolk Chamber’s chief executive welcomed Matt onto the board, he said: “Matt is very much one of the rising young stars of the Suffolk business community and a key part of a growing nationwide construction company. We are delighted that he has joined the board where his precision, experience, thoughtfulness and inspiration will be invaluable as we look to develop even more services and support to Suffolk PLC.”
