A marketing firm is targeting growth as it celebrates its first 10 years in business.
Woodbridge-based Curzon Associate Marketing was launched in 2008 at the height of the Credit Crunch by Steve Curzon.
“It was a pretty risky time to launch a new marketing practice. Business confidence was incredibly low, companies were either folding or slashing budgets and in many cases reducing headcount,” said Mr Curzon, whose clients have included Gressingham Duck, The Garden Trellis Company, Sock Shop, Munchy Seeds, Sutton Hoo Chicken, Paddy & Scotts and Kettle Chips.
“Many small and medium-sized businesses still wanted to invest in marketing expertise, but either didn’t have the budget to recruit full-time marketing professionals or found that marketing too often slipped to the bottom of their ‘to do’ list.” The firm is planning to move to bigger offices this year to accommodate its growing team.
