A Suffolk malt firm has two new lorries emblazoned with an eye-catching design to increase their visibility en route from its Stowmarket plant to the port of Felixstowe.
Muntons, a major regional exporter, has branded the new trucks with its diamond logo with the support of DHL Supply Chain Transport division, and Coastal Global Logistics.
The firm exports malt and malted ingredients, made from barley grown in the region, to more than 76 countries around the world, with 86,000 tonnes shipped overseas last year.
“It was very good of Coastal Global to arrange for two of their new trucks to carry our logo when they bought the vehicles and thanks must also go to DHL for facilitating this,” said corporate marketing manager Andy Janes. “They stand out from the crowd.”
The firm is running a competition for the best photo of the new trucks.
