The University of Suffolk has announced plans to host its third annual Suffolk Business Festival later this month.
The week-long event is due to take place during the week 23-27 October and will offer students the opportunity to network with local and national academics and professionals to develop their skills and employability.
Events will include a business breakfast sponsored by Ensors, covering how the University of Suffolk supports entrepreneurship in female students, the Women in Management & Leadership Panel, the second Suffolk BME Business Awards and a keynote evening with Stefan Stearn from the High Pay Centre.
Associate Professor in the Suffolk Business School, Dr Will Thomas, said: “The events of the Business Festival offer students the chance to explore a broad range of challenges, ideas and issues that add real value to the formal teaching of our degrees.”
Businesses and members of the public are welcome at events throughout the week, all of which are free-of-charge.
