: : JASON WRIGHT, site manager for housebuilder Charles Church’s Latitude development in Ipswich, has been awarded a prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award.

The NHBC (National House-Building Council) Pride in the Job Quality Award identifies the unique role of site managers in the construction of new homes from start to finish and who influence the overall quality of the finished product.

Andrew Fuller, managing director of Charles Church Anglia, said: “A Pride in the Job Award is the highest industry accolade a site manager can receive.

“At Charles Church, we demand the very highest standards of quality and service for customers, and Jason’s contribution is a superb example of this philosophy.

“We are very proud that one of our team has had his outstanding professionalism rewarded with this national recognition and eagerly await the NHBC’s awards luncheon in September to find out if Jason also receives a Seal of Excellence Award.”

Jason said: “It was a pleasant surprise to find out about the award, but the company is very proactive in its approach to Pride in the Job. From the top down, we have the right mind-set to push for the highest standards achievable.

“The Latitude development set us new challenges every day, because it is so unusual in terms of design issues and high customer expectation. However, we are passionate about what we do and we upped our game. I think the Pride in the Job Quality Award recognises this.”
