A new workshop for people dreaming of, or at the early stages of, starting their own food business comes to Suffolk next month.

Led by food industry expert Monique Borst the Food Business Start Up Boot Camp is touring the country this spring, and comes to Food Safari HQ, Brick Kiln Barn, near Saxmundham from April 28 to 29.

The event, which costs 295 a person, is being hosted by Food Safari and takes place at its headquarters at Sibton, near Peasenhall.

It includes a combination of talks, exercises and a glimpse behind-the-scenes of a local food producer and retailer.
