IPSWICH-based Blocks Solicitors has announced the appointment of Louise Long. She will be joining the team as an associate lawyer specialising in private client work.
IPSWICH-based Blocks Solicitors has announced the appointment of Louise Long. She will be joining the team as an associate lawyer specialising in private client work.
Ms Long, who brings over 20 years legal experience to the firm. Originally from Suffolk, was she educated at Holbrook High School and went on to study law at Leicester University, and The Guildford Law School.
After completing her articles with Birkett Westhorp and Long in Ipswich, she specialised in private client work eventually becoming a partner at Birkett Long in Colchester in 1995, and qualified as a Notary Public in 1998.
After a spell working in a City of London firm, she joined Wollastons in Chelmsford as a senior associate.
She said she was “delighted” to be joining the firm.
Managing partner Gerry Field said: “We are delighted to welcome Louise to the firm which reinforces our commitment to the expansion of private client team. Our firm is built on providing expert knowledge and assistance to our clients. Louise is a well-respected practitioner who will add further weight to a reputable and established team.”
