ESSEX Chambers of Commerce has appointed Bryan Johnston as president of the Colchester committee. Mr Johnston, managing partner at Goody Burrett LLP, has taken over this main committee role from Melinda Simpson who served as head of the committee for a year.

ESSEX Chambers of Commerce has appointed Bryan Johnston as president of the Colchester committee.

Mr Johnston, managing partner at Goody Burrett LLP, has taken over this main committee role from Melinda Simpson who served as head of the committee for a year. Matthew Swann, of RBS NatWest, succeeds Bryan as vice-president.

Goody Burrett LLP have been Essex Chamber members for over 10 years and Bryan brings with him extensive town and local area knowledge.

The Essex Chambers board and the local committee thanked Melinda Simpson for her hard work over the past year and welcomed the newcomers to their posts.
