CITY Living Developments has appointed Andrew Stone as its sales and lettings manager for its Ipswich residential-led regeneration scheme, Regatta Quay.
Prior to joining City Living, Mr Stone was a sales negotiator at the Ipswich office of Savills new homes.
Chairman of City Living Developments Garry Coaley said: “Andrew is a very capable individual who will build on the current success of our pioneering rent-to-buy scheme which has proved very attractive to those looking at new homes on our Ipswich and Norwich developments.”
