DEBENHAM-based Aspall is launching a new seasonal vinegar with a festive flavour.
The cider and vinegar maker has created the new Apple & Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar as the first in a new range of seasonal speciality products.
It will be available in Waitrose outlets nationally, initially until March, with a recommended price of �2.19,
Joint managing director Geoff Bradman said the new product was designed to add “a point of difference” to the speciality vinegar market and enhance recipes this Christmas.
Waitrose buyer Carla Smith said: “Aspall Apple & Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar is a great addition to our speciality vinegar range.”
