Holiday cottage lettings agency Best of Suffolk has sccoped a prestigious East of England award for Best Customer Focus.
The agency, based at Badingham, near Framlingham, took the Best Employers Eastern Region award for Customer Focus.
Director Naomi Tarry, who runs the firm with husband, Alex, said: “It’s a huge honour to receive this award. We put customer service at the heart of everything we do, and our aim has been to make it fun for our team, by setting customer service targets and having fun rewards for hitting those targets.”
She added: “Whilst some of the rewards are financial, many are fun team-building treats such as pizza lunches, a trophy full of Haribos or a Crunchie bar award for the member of staff who gets the best customer feedback that week. The key has been to make giving great customer service fun and something that we continually celebrate.”
