The exhibition, organised by Stansted Airport Chamber of Commerce and the Sowerby Group, is being staged at The Diamond Hangar, Europe’s largest aircraft hangar, on Thursday, June 22, from 10am until 4pm.

Organisations already signed up to exhibit include Essex County Council, Thrifty Car and Van Rental, the Intellectual Property Office, Barclays, Full Power Utilities, Cameron Communications, Lookers Landrover and Gates Leasing.

In addition to the main exhibition floor, this year’s event will include a new health and wellbeing zone, where businesses have the chance to promote their health and wellbeing services to the corporate world.

Companies signed up to exhibit within this area include DH Lifestyle, NX Professionals, The Sports Therapy Clinic, Public Health England, NutriJen and Oils by Jo.

The event will also include free seminars featuring entrepreneurs Adam Stott, who has built Big Cars from scratch into a £40m business, and former BBC Apprentice winner Lee McQueen, founding director of Raw Talent Academy.

Adam Stott said: “Essex is a business powerhouse with hundreds of new businesses launching every year. Start-ups and SMEs are crucial to the county and the UK’s long-term prosperity, so our seminars will help business owners of all experience to review, renew and revitalise their strategies and tactics.

“We will tackle a range of areas and hopefully there might be an opportunity for some willing volunteers to undergo some live coaching with myself and Lee McQueen, so it’s going to be an engaging and interactive event.”
