A privately-owned hotel on Aldeburgh seafront is celebrating after it was awarded a coveted AA Silver Star Award for 2015.
The 44-bedroom Brudenell Hotel received the accolade for its high standards of hotel keeping, superior level of quality, hospitality, service and cleanliness following a recent visit by an AA inspector. It places the hotel nearer the top of its four star grading.
To meet the AA’s criteria for the award, hotels must also have at least one current rosette for culinary excellence. The Brudenell’s Seafood & Grill hasheld two rosettes for several years.
General manager Peter Osborne said: “We owe this fantastic accreditation to the hard work and dedication of our team. It would never have been possible without them. My sincere thanks and congratulations to everyone involved.”
