Bury St Edmunds-based Beckett Financial Services has been appointed to advise the Cambridge Colleges Federated Pension Scheme (CCFPS).
Beckett was awarded the three-year contract after a competitive tender process involving a number of other employee benefits consultancies from around the UK.
“The quality of Beckett’s tender stood them apart,” said Sue Curryer, head of pensions administration at Cambridge University. “They understood precisely what we needed and were able to provide us with a comprehensive solution.”
Nicola Prince, director of employee benefits at Beckett’s, added: “We were confident that the breadth and depth of our services would fulfil the university’s requirements and we look forward to working with such a prestigious and world-renowned organisation.”
Beckett Financial Services, which has recently been recognised as one of the Top 100 financial firms in the UK by New Model Adviser magazine, is Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) accredited Chartered Financial Planner.
