A family-owned dressings and marinades business is celebrating a bumper year. Scarlett & Mustard of Earl Soham started in Sandy Ruddock’s kitchen in 2012, is now stocked by some of the UK’s most prestigious retailers, including Fortnum & Mason, Harrods and Harvey Nichols Foodmarkets and is making 10,000 bottles a month. Sandy’s husband, Julian Pollard, leads sales and retailer relationships.
