AN Essex construction firm has been involved in a major £2.7million scheme to transform health and fitness facilities for people in the Clacton area.Hutton Construction, which has offices in Colchester and Stansted, has been working on the new Lifestyles redevelopment at Clacton Leisure Centre which opens early this year.
AN Essex construction firm has been involved in a major £2.7million scheme to transform health and fitness facilities for people in the Clacton area.
Hutton Construction, which has offices in Colchester and Stansted, has been working on the new Lifestyles redevelopment at Clacton Leisure Centre which opens early this year.
The firm began work on the project, for Tendring District Council, in March, and has built a new health and fitness club with steam room, sauna and spa pools. It has also created a £300,000 techno gym, a health suite and a coffee shop. Improvements to existing facilities include a special stretch waterproof ceiling over the swimming pool.
Hutton director Mark Shoesmith said they were “delighted” to be involved with the project.
