Suffolk-based law firm Gotelee Solicitors is to open an office in Felixstowe next week, in addition to its existing offices in Ipswich and Hadleigh.

The new office, at 97 Hamilton Road, Felixstowe, will be headed by local solicitor Matthew Boast, who is already established in the town and, with his team, will continue to offer legal advice and assistance to his existing client base and to new clients of Gotelee.

Alistair Lang, chief executive of Gotelee Solicitors, said: “We have been looking for a means to access the Felixstowe legal market for some months so this chance to acquire suitable premises is ideal ? particularly so given the opportunity to recruit an experienced group of staff, well respected in the Felixstowe community, to kick start our new venture.”

And Mr Lang added: “We expect to engage additional resource sooner rather than later and move towards providing a full service to the local market.”
