Gasway was advised on the deal by regional law firm Ashton KCJ whose team was led by corporate associate Matthew Downing, assisted by employment partner Ross Strowger.

Liam Betts, managing director at Gasway, said: “This transaction is part of our growth strategy to expand our service offering and geographical coverage. I have worked with the team at Ashton KCJ for many years and their advice and guidance throughout this transaction was invaluable”.

Matthew Downing added: “It was an absolute pleasure to advise the Gasway team on this acquisition. Gasway is a business that is performing exceptionally well and this acquisition forms part of their exciting expansion plans as the business continues to grow year on year.”
