Chosen Homes covers Essex up to the Suffolk borders and is aimed at individual homes, either listed, period or with land.
Guy Medd, who is originally from Chelmsford, said he wanted to offer a personalised service.
“They are not price defined properties. Currently I have things on my books ranging from £155,000 to £3.5million, but they all have that indefinable quality that gives them real personality,” he said.
“Limiting my portfolio to these enables me to give clients who value these types of property a more personalised bespoke service that's not easily available in the current market.”
