A home-based healthcare business based in northern England is planning to expand into the East of England.

Heritage Healthcare has launched a franchising division and is looking for potential franchisees in Ipswich, Luton, Basildon, Southend, Norwich, Peterborough and Cambridge areas who want to own, operate and develop their own business. Managing director Glenn Pickersgill said: “We believe we are in a strong position to expand the business through franchising.”

He added: “We believe the elderly demographic in the East of England area reflects the national picture. The numbers for the very old – those over 80 – are growing faster than any other group. These are often among the most vulnerable in our society and they deserve the very best care.”
