RECRUITMENT consultancy Waddington Brown has relocated to a new head office at Claydon, outside Ipswich, following a successful 2012 which saw the human resources specialist grow by 20%.

The company, which also has a branch office in Norwich and a full-time consultant based in Cambridge, focuses on recruiting HR professionals at middle, senior management and director level for businesses ranging from large corporates to smaller firms making their first HR apointment.

Besides accommodating its existing head office team, which has been expanded by the appointment three new staff members in recent months, its new offices, at Claydon Court in Old Ipswich Road, Claydon, also offer scope for further growth as more new consultants are hired.

Emma Gunton, co-founder and director, said: “2012 was a great year for us; not only did we see the business grow by 20%, but we hired several new team members, were finalists in the Anglian Business Awards, and celebrated our fifth anniversary.

“The relocation to new offices in Claydon is another step forward in our long-term growth plans and although we anticipate the tough economic conditions continuing through 2013, our aim is to maintain the year-on-year growth that we have achieved so far since Waddington Brown launched.”
