JAMES Baker has joined Flare Recruitment's construction division and will be based at its Colchester office.
Mr Baker has a strong recruitment background and has gained specialist experience in the construction sector over the last three years.
He is responsible for the operation of the construction division throughout the company, which recruits temporary, permanent and contract staff from site and contracts management through to trades and labour nationwide.
The company has also welcomed a new addition to its Flare Health division.
Andrea Crossfield, an experienced care consultant, joins its Ipswich branch, and will strengthen an established team, currently based in Colchester.
