JIM McDonald has been appointed customer services manager at food processing weigh labelling equipment suppliers Herbert Industrial, based at Haverhill.
The firm says it sees his role as a key part of its client support team.
Mr McDonald, of Ipswich, brings an extensive range of service experience. He was previously employed as customer support director for Paxman Diesels.
