ESSEX-BASED solicitors Thompson Smith & Puxon has expanded its commercial property team with the appointment of Julia Perks.Ms Perks, 27, joins the Colchester and Clacton-based firm after completing her training at an Essex law firm 18 months ago.
ESSEX-BASED solicitors Thompson Smith & Puxon has expanded its commercial property team with the appointment of Julia Perks.
Ms Perks, 27, joins the Colchester and Clacton-based firm after completing her training at an Essex law firm 18 months ago. She developed her skills and experience through managing a variety of commercial property transactions, including sale and purchase contracts, landlord and tenant work including the negotiation of new leases.
A former Colchester Sixth Form College student, she studied law at Greenwich University before attending the College of Law in Guildford.
She lives in Chelmsford and in her spare time enjoys cycling, DIY, improving her cooking skills and spending time with her family.
