Ms Risley who recently moved to the area from Brentwood where she was HR manager for Highway Insurance.
She has an impressive track record in human resources and personnel having previously worked in the City for UBS, ING Barings and ABN Amro.
“We are very fortunate and absolutely delighted to have acquired Laura's knowledge and talents,” said Countrywide Accident Assistant director David Quance.
“At CAA, we have worked hard to build a reputation for supplying a high quality service and it will be Laura's responsibility to ensure that the people we employ going forward help us maintain this quality and status.”
