LISA Draper has been appointed as the residential conveyancing partner at Ipswich, Felixstowe and London-based law firm Attwells.
Ms Draper has worked as a conveyancing manager for Nick Attwell for over six years, and prior to that was a lawyer with Eversheds in London.
She has been pivotal in Attwells' expansion of market share and innovation of new conveyancing products, including 24 Hour Exchange, SDLT saving and cost insurance.
“I am thrilled and excited to be a part of the Attwells management team for the future,” she said.
“There are challenging times ahead, but I believe that Attwells' high energy and innovative approach will see Attwells emerge from the current property slump even stronger.”
