ADHESIVE products company Ardex has appointed a new customers services team, centralising sales, and technical and marketing expertise provided to customers.
The Haverhill, based firm has appointed Michelle Yemm to head up the team as customer services supervisor, and she is responsible for a team of five.
All six roles involve liaising with customers through telemarketing, literature requests, stockist locations, and attending exhibitions.
Team member Lynne Dale has been with the firm for five years and shares her new role with reception duties, as does Barbara Sharpe, who is also a receptionist and is responsible for co-ordinating switchboard, post and greeting guests.
Other team members are Pat Boxall, another long-serving employee, Zoe Bailey, and Harriet Johnston, who is the latest addition to the team after joining the firm in June as a telemarketing/customer services adviser.
