English Architectural Glazing (EAG) has been selected by John Sisk & Son as its specialist glazing sub-contractor on a multi-million pound redevelopment of a 1980s office building in London’s Victoria Street.

EAG will provide a mixture of high-performance double glazed curtain wall, with work starting in late 2014.

The redevelopment by Alchemi Group will provide 57 apartments ranging from studio flats to penthouses, plus retail space at ground floor level.

Residents will have access to a dedicated gymnasium and two landscaped communalgardens. Designed by Stiff and Trevillion, the complex is surrounded by landmarks including Buckingham Palace, the Royal Parks, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

Charlie Dyce, business director at EAG, said: “This is our second appointment by Sisk over the last few months and we look forward to a mutual development in bringing these projects to fruition”.
