RETAIL marketing specialist Toolbox Marketing has won the marketing contract for the Whitgift Centre in Croydon.
Asset manager Vale Retail described Toolbox, based at Bardwell, near Bury St Edmunds, as being the “Best of Class'.
The 120,000 sq m centre is one of the largest shopping centres in the UK; and within the Greater London area is second in size only to Westfield London.
Toolbox Marketing will be providing consumer and business-to-business marketing, providing strategic marketing advice and managed services to the centre management team as well as delivering a full retailer relations programme and corporate leasing brochures.
“We haven't worked with Toolbox Marketing before but have become increasingly aware of their excellent reputation and the respect they have earned in the marketplace,” said Chris Willans of Vale Retail. “They have a clear understanding of consumer behaviour and know the importance of adapting strategy to what is happening in the wider economy.”
Toolbox, which has grown from two people to 28 in just nine years, has a range of major national and international clients including ING Real Estate, Boultbee, British Land, Land Securities and Pruprim Property Managers.
