EAST Anglia-based self-catering holiday specialist Hoseasons is to retain its name following its 51million acquisition in February by the United States group Wyndham Worldwide.
The Lowestoft firm, now part of its new owner’s European arm, Wyndham Exchange & Rentals, and merged with its existing UK business, The Holiday Cottages Group, has been re-styled as “The Hoseasons Group, a Wyndham Rentals company”.
It means that Hoseasons is now the umbrella name for a range of holiday brands including English Country Cottages, Welcome Cottages, cottages4you, Blakes Boats and villas4you.
The company’s new look was unveiled to coincide with a visit to the Lowestoft site by Geoff Ballotti, chief executive of Wyndham Exchange & Rentals, and the Mayor of LowPhotoestoft, Nigel Dack.
Mr Ballotti, who also visited a number of boatyards and holiday parks in Suffolk and Norfolk, said: “We very much look forward to continuing to grow the business here thanks to the hard work and commitment of the Lowestoft team.”
