Land values and land based transactions will be the topic of the next East Anglian Rural Professionals’ Group Meeting, which takes place at the British Racing School, Newmarket, on November 15 from 8.30am.
The talk will be presented by Giles Allen, Partner, Estates and Farm Agency Department at Strutt & Parker and Howes Percival’s James Frankland, an expert in agricultural and rural property law. James Frankland will provide an update on the issues in the sale and purchase of farms and farmland.
