PROPERTY agent Boydens has strengthened its surveying section with the appointments of Peter Finlay and Ian Thomas.
They join managing partner David Boyden, himself a fully qualified chartered surveyor of 14 year standing.
Mr Finlay, who lives in West Bergholt, brings with him more than 24 years' experience in the property sector, the majority of which has been gained within a local authority environment, managing mixed portfolios of commercial property.
For the past eight years, he has specialised in the residential surveying sector in London, working for one of the country's largest providers.
Mr Thomas, who lives in Bures, has been in the surveying business since 1972 and has worked extensively across East Anglia, London and further afield on commercial projects. He has been involved in major project management work in Ipswich.
Mr Boyden said: “Boydens prides itself on its knowledge and experience. We are always looking to build on our portfolio of skills and the addition of Peter and Ian to the team is a tremendous boost to the services we are able to offer residential and, particularly, commercial clients.”
