ROSEMARY Carter, a consultant with Ipswich solicitors Kerseys, is one of only three solicitors appointed as a designate member of the Board of the Office for Legal Complaints. The Board has been tasked by the Government with setting up an ombudsman service to act as single gateway for complaints about legal services.
Ms Carter joined Kerseys from the London firm Lee & Pemberton in 2004 and is a former national chairman of the Solicitors Family Law Association. She has also served on the Council of the Law Society.
