A firm which employs 200 staff is the latest company to move to Riduna Park in Melton.
JCW Saunders, a specialist in plumbing, heating and building compliance, has taken a two-storey office at the new business park as phase two of the development.
JCW Saunders is part of the JCW Group, a company based in Bolton which operates from six different locations in the UK and employs 200 staff.
The group has secured major national contracts in the last 12 months, and has introduced a number of new services, including catering equipment maintenance.
JCW Saunders were previously based nearby at Deben Way, Melton, before moving to the new premises.
The company was originally founded as B A Saunders in 1962 by Basil Saunders as a sole engineer.
Phase two of Riduna Park, which consists of nine offices varying in size from 1,250 sq ft to 7,500 sq ft two-storey options, is now ready for occupation.
