College expands within IP-City centre
If you want office space in one of the most desirable commercial developments on Ipswich Waterfront you will have to hurry.
With the signing of a new lease with West Suffolk College, the IP-City building is now 97% let.
The college is expanding its training operations at IP-City.
Previously occupying 1,000 sq ft, it has now boosted that six-fold with an impressive 6,000 sq ft of office space, leaving just a 1,000 sq ft suite available.
Ginny Idehen, West Suffolk College’s head of business development said: “We have had a unit at IP-City for a few years and our customers have appreciated the excellent facilities on offer.
“We are now pleased to announce that we are expanding our facilities and offer to business customers in the Ipswich area.
