Family-owned agency Deben Travel, based the Thoroughfare, Woodbridge, has been named among the winners at the Global Travel Awards for the second year running.

The award, in recognition of the sales performance and customer service, was presented to owners Lee and Sarah Hunt at a ceremony held in Chester.

Lee said: “I was not expecting the award having only opened two years ago but it is lovely recognition for the team of all the hard work we do.”

He added: “The greatest benefit of being independent is that we have access to over 200 tour operators and the world’s leading airlines to find the best possible holidays for our customers.”
