DAVID Cameron has made a “big, open and comprehensive” offer to work with the Liberal Democrats in government.
In a speech this afternoon, he told of his hopes of working with Nick Clegg’s party.
During the statement in Westminster, he acknowledged that there would have to be reform of the electoral system and he proposed the creation of an all-party committee of inquiry to look at the issue.
