The RSPCA are calling all animal lovers that may be able to open their homes and their hearts to these lovable creatures.

Currently at the centre, there are various different ferrets looking for a new home, with adult males and females with different personalities and some will need to be homed in pairs, come down to the centre and come meet some of the ferrets.

Say hello to Penny and Marley, Penny is a six-and-a-half year old Collie and Marley is a two-year-old Collie cross. Both are active dogs and love going on long walks and playing fetch. They both enjoy each other’s company and would like to be adopted together to a home with no other dogs or cats, a home with older children would suit them.

This little guy is Bernard the mouse, he is ideally looking for a home with a confident, knowledgeable handler, preferably where he can be socialised but on his own as he does not get along with other mice.

Meet Basher, this sweet guy is looking for a home that can continue handling him as he doesn’t appear to have had much socialising in the past and is a bit shy. Currently living on his own so will need to find a home with another guinea pig for company.

And finally here is Mikie, this shy guy is looking for a home with another guinea pig for company as he is currently living on his own. He is still getting used to being handled so would like to find a home that can continue socialising him.

The RSPCA assures families that all cats, dogs, ferrets and rabbits that are offered for adoption have been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.

An adoption fee of £150 for dogs, £60 for cats and £25 for rabbits and ferrets, is charged to help cover the cost of getting the animals ready for their new homes.
