A 76-year-old man who was reported missing from Colchester earlier today has been found.
Raymond Pash, who is living with dementia, was reported to have been located around 1pm after disappearing around 4.30pm yesterday.
Concerns grew for his safety, and police released an appeal to help find him.
Earlier today a spokesman said: “Police are appealing for the public’s help to find Raymond Pash, who is missing from Colchester.
“Mr Pash suffers from dementia and police are concerned for his welfare.”
Since finding him, members of the community have praised the work of the police on Facebook.
One user said: “Fantastic news! Hope he is well!”
Another wrote: “Wonderful! Love our police.”
