AN arsonist is being hunted by police after two cars were set alight in Newmarket early today.
Firefighters were called to Elizabeth Way shortly before 1am.
A spokesman for Suffolk Fire Service said two cars were on fire and another two were affected by the heat from the blazes. An area of fencing was also damaged.
The spokesman confirmed the incident was being treated as suspicious and that police had been called in to investigate.
