A WOMAN has been released from her car after being trapped in a collision.
Two crews from Colchester were sent to The Street, Chappel, after the incident, which involved just one vehicle at 10.25am.
A spokesman for Essex Fire and Rescue said: “Crews made the vehicle safe before using specialist cutting equipment to free the casualty. She was left in the care of the ambulance service.”
The woman was treated at the scene but was not thought to have serious injuries
