Savills Chelmsford office, occupies 4,872sq ft (452sq m) on the ground floor of the three storey building
Michael Storrs, associate director in the business space team at Savills Chelmsford, said: “It is testament to the property’s strong credentials that it is now fully let. The business is very happy in its new home and it is an added bonus that we were able to source off market a suitable purchaser for our former property on New London Road.”
