A WOMAN in her sixties was taken to hospital this morning after being trapped under a horse.
Fire crews were called to the incident off Factory Lane in Chevintgton at 8.49am to assist a woman trapped under a horse in a ditch.
Crews from Wickhambrook and Bury arrived on the scene at 9.03 to find the woman was no longer trapped.
They administered oxygen before the ambulance arrived to take her to West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds.
She had a leg injury that is reported to be not serious. The horse is reported to be not injured.
