A bicycle has been stolen from Pier Avenue in Clacton

The bike, which is valued at £240, was left secured with a lock at the cycle racks opposite the Arts and Craft store, near Jackson Road.

It is believed to have been stolen between 2pm and 3.30pm on Monday, April 14. It is a light blue Claud Butler bicycle with a black saddle and a black rack on the back.

Anyone who has been offered a similar item for sale or who has any information about the theft is asked to call PC Louise Everitt at Clacton Police Station on 101 or ring Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
