FIRE fighters had to cut two people free after an Essex crash which saw a car end up in a ditch.
They were called to Little Clacton Road, Clacton-on-Sea, shortly before noon, where a Land Rover had collided with a Renault.
Crews used specialist cutting equipment to free a man and a woman. Both were taken to Colchester General Hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
