Police are hunting a thief who stole a hymn board from a church near Colchester.
The incident happened at St Michael’s and All Angel’s Church, in Copford Hall, between March 2-3. Police say the value of the board is not known but it is of “great value to the church”.
It is the second time the church has been targeted in just a few weeks. On February 23, somebody entered the building and stole three chalices.
Anyone with information is asked to call PC Shane Wills at Colchester Police Station on 101.
